Ishida Mitsunari is a legendary Commander who comes from Japan nation. Due to the nature of his set of skills, he is well-known as one of the best gathering Commanders in the game. But he is not just that. He can serve as a secondary Commander who can give lots of useful stats to the primary Commander, such as skill damage, damage, and health bonus. He can also improve the speed of rage regeneration, which is quite important on the battlefield.
