Keira

Keira

Archer – Peacekeeping – Skill
Title: The Red Chameleon
Civilization: Other Nations Other
Base Power: 600
Rarity: Epic

Introduction

Keira is the brand new epic Commander in Rise of Kingdoms. She is a peacekeeping Commander who is very good at controlling the archer units. She also has an unique ability that can do extra damage in certain events (Ian’s Ballad and Ceroli Crisis) that no other Commanders ever have.

There is only one way to collect Keira’s sculptures is to join in Ian’s Ballad and Ceroli Crisis events.

Keira Skills

Dance of the Flametongue

Dance of the Flametongue Rage Requirement: 1000

Keira directly deals damage to 3 targets in a fan-shaped forward area. The amount of damage will be decreased by 15% for each additional enemy.

Upgrades: Direct Damage Factor: 500 / 600 / 700 / 800 / 1000

Dance of the Flametounge allows Keira to be a powerful crowd control Commander since it can hit 3 different targets with the damage factor of 1000. Although the damage decreases by 15% for each target hit, it still a decent amount of damage since she is only an epic Commander.

Allies or Enemies

Allies or Enemies Keira and her army deal extra damage toward barbarians and other neutral units. If they are participating in the “Ceroli Crisis” and “Ian’s Ballad” event, they will gain 5% more damage.

Upgrades:

Bonus Damage to Barbarians: 5% / 10% / 17% / 25% / 35%

Damage Bonus: 5% / 10% / 17% / 25% / 35%

She and her army gain 35% damage when they are farming barbarians or other neutral units. If you use them to take part in the “Ceroli Crisis” and “Ian’s Ballad” event, they will get another 35% more damage, which means that in total, they will gain 70% extra damage. Which is a huge amount of bonus when compared with Lohar or Aethelflaed.

Ceroli Sharpshooter

Keira’s archer units gain bonus defense and attack.

Upgrades:

Archer Attack Bonus: 4% / 5% / 6% / 8% / 10%

Archer Defense Bonus: 4% / 5% / 6% / 8% / 10%

The archer units under the leadership of Keira receive 10% more attack and defense.

The Mutineer

The Mutineer Keira’s normal attacks have a 10% chance to let the enemies receive more skill damage for 3 seconds. During the “Ceroli Crisis” and “Ian’s Ballad” event, the targets will take xx% more skill damage than normal.

Upgrades:

Skill Damage Taken Increased: 30% / 40% / 50% / 60% / 80%

Increased Skill Damage Taken (Scenario Battle): 50% / 70% / 90% / 120% / 150%

The Mutineer is a solid passive skill. At max level, it increases the skill damage taken for the enemies by 80%, which is a ridiculous amount of number for an Epic Commander. Although the chance is low, it is still a huge threat to the enemy. The skill damage is amplified to 150% when Keira joins in the “Ceroli Crisis” and “Ian’s Ballad” event.

Undying Flames

Undying Flame The enemies that are hit by the Dance of the Flametounge will take 200 damage for 2 seconds.

It is a nice upgrade to the active skill. It adds 200 damage over time to multiple targets for 2 seconds. The damage dealt increases even more with the help of the 4th skill, making the enemies suffer more.

Recommended Pairing Commanders for Keira

Yi Seong Gye

Yi Seong-Gye: Yi Seong-Gye is our 1st choice because he can benefit a lot from Keira’s skills, especially the 4th skill, which increases the skill damage taken to the enemies by 80%. Both of them can easily smash multiple enemies with their active skills. They can efficiency farm barbarians by using the barbarians trick.

Yi Seong-Gye should be the primary Commander.

Ramesses II

Ramesses II: Ramesses is excellent at reducing the enemy defense and boosting the archer’s attack, which makes them a deadly pair when dealing with a single target. He also has the ability to heal his troops, which is quite useful since it helps his army to survive longer on the battlefield.

Ramesses II should be the primary Commander.
