Pairing Commanders for Zenobia

Wu Zetian

Wu Zetina: There is no doubt that Wu Zetian is one of the best garrison Commander in the game. It is even more powerful when she and Zenobia group up; she can provide what Zenobia lacks: damage, debuff, and skill damage reduction. Together they can make an indestructible fortress.

Alexander the Great

Alexander the Great: He can create a massive shield that can absorb some of the enemy attacks. When his shield is up, he gets 30% more defense, and when it is down, he gains 40% more attack, which is extremely helpful to dish out the intruders. He also can provide his nearby allies with the mini shield. Together they can massively boost the survivability of themselves and their partners on the battlefield.

Constantine I

Constantine I: One of the best infantry Commanders in the game that can protect garrison and city from any kind of enemy. He can reduce the enemy attack as well as boost the attack of the garrison tower. Not to mention the incredible healing when his troops’ strength reduces below 50%. A perfect match for Zenobia.

Theodora

Theodora: She has terrific damage AoE nuke skill. She also gives lots of flat damage to her troops and her partner.
